Fish cutlet

I have learn this receipe form my friend, it make it just awesome

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 500 g fish deboned ( mackrel or white tune)
    • 3-4 green chilly
    • 2-3 tps lemon juice
    • 1 small onion finely chopped 
    • 1/2 cup  corriender leaves
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tps cornpowder
    • oil for shallow fry
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 cup semolina fine


    1. First de-bone the fish (boil fish with pinch of salt for 3-4 min when cold remove the flesh)
    2. In an bowl, add the fish, finely chopped onion, lemon juice, coriander leaves, egg, corn powder and salt as per taste the mix should not be very soggy, as we cannot form cutlets with it.
    3. Now make small cutlets and keep aside heat pan with little oil and roll the cutlets in fine semolina and shallow fry it nice golden both the sides.
    4. It taste good with pulav and raita



    I prepared it for my daughter, and she said, it tasted awesome. Keep up the good work, dear Pallavi.
