A Unique blend of bread croutons and boiled sprouts
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
4 sliced bread, cut into small cubes
½ cup moong sprouts
½ cup moth sprouts
½ cup boondi
1 packet Monaco biscuits, crushed into pieces
1 tsp chaat masala
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
1 small raw mango, peeled and finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and chopped
Sweet Chutney to taste
Chilli Chutney to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Fresh Sev to garnish
Coriander leaves to garnish
Directions
Boil moong sprouts, moth sprouts with salt till just cooked. Drain and keep aside.
Deep fry the bread cubes in oil to golden colour, keep aside.
Toss the broken biscuits, boondi, onion potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, raw mango, bread pieces and sprouts together in a bowl, mix in the sweet & chilli chutney to taste. Sprinkle chaat masala.
Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh sev. And Serve
Note: Boondi can be substitute by boiled sweet corns.
