Can be served with cocktails or as a side dish in dinner.
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
250 gms baby potatoes 3/4 cooked
1 cup coriander leaves
2 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp cumin pwd
1/4 tsp coriander pwd
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp roasted chanadal
1 tbsp. oil
2 cups juliens of cabbage, carrot and onions
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Coriander leaves for garnishing
Directions
Peel the potatoes when hot and allow it to cool.
Prick the potatoes gently with a toothpick.
In a bowl take coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic,cumin and coriander pwd,lemon juice, and roasted chana dal pwd. Make paste adding 1or 2 tb.sp. water.
Add salt and oil.
Marinate the potatoes and keep in fridge for 4 hrs.
Pre heat OTG at maximum temp.
Put the potatoes carefully in skewer rod and grill at 300 deg.
When potatoes are slightly burnt they are done.It takes abt 10-15 min.
In a serving dish put juliens of cabbage, carrot and onion.
Place potatoes on it and garnish with coriander leaves.
