1/2 kg mutton
4 medium size onion
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 bay leaf
5-6 whole pepper
1 pinch tumeric powder
1 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriender powder
2 betten eggs (add a tsp of milk to it)
salt to taste
Take some oil in a a pressure cooker,to this add all whole garam masala & mutton and pressure cook it till the mutton is tendered.
Shredd the mutton keep it aside(dont throw the water it will be used further)
In other pan take 1 -2 tbsp spoon of oil
Add chopped onion & saute it well for 10-15 min till the onions are pink , then add tomatoes cook this till the oil starts separating.
To this add red chilly pwd, tumeric pwd,coriender pwd & ginger garlic paste saute it for other 5-10min
When the masala is ready to this add the mutton water(which we kep aside) nd cook it on flame till the water is absorbed .
After the masala is consistent enough to this add shredded mutton and cook for 2 min
Lastly put this mixture in a baking tray on this put the betten egg nd cook it in oven for 10 -15 min
if not in oven u can even bake it on the gas stove on a low flame for 10-15 min
