Raisha ghost

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 kg mutton
    • 4 medium size onion
    • 6 tomatoes
    • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 3-4 cloves
    • 3-4 cardomom
    • 1tsp zeera
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 5-6 whole pepper
    • 1 pinch tumeric powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
    • 1 tsp coriender powder
    • 2 betten eggs (add a tsp of milk to it)
    • salt to taste
    • oil

    Directions

    1. Take some oil in a a pressure cooker,to this add all whole garam masala & mutton and pressure cook it till the mutton is tendered.
    2. Shredd the mutton keep it aside(dont throw the water it will be used further)
    3. In other pan take 1 -2 tbsp spoon of oil
    4. Add chopped onion & saute it well for 10-15 min till the onions are pink , then add tomatoes cook this till the oil starts separating.
    5. To this add red chilly pwd, tumeric pwd,coriender pwd & ginger garlic paste saute it for other 5-10min
    6. When the masala is ready to this add the mutton water(which we kep aside) nd cook it on flame till the water is absorbed .
    7. After the masala is consistent enough to this add shredded mutton and cook for 2 min
    8. Lastly put this mixture in a baking tray  on this put the betten egg nd cook it in oven for 10 -15 min
    9. if not in oven u can even bake it on the gas stove on a low flame for 10-15 min
