Very simple recipe of mutton

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 kg mutton
    • 1 kg tomatoes
    • 1/2 tsp zeera
    • 1/2 tsp shah zeera
    • 3-4 cloves
    • 5-6 black pepper whole
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 2-3 cardomom
    • 2-3 cinnomom
    • 1 1/2 tsp redchilli pwd
    • 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
    • 1 tsp coriender pwd
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. First heat some oil in a pan.
    2. Then to this add mutton ,tomatoes and all the other ingredients.
    3. keep it on a low flame for 30 - 35 min, or till the mutton is tendered
    4. The gravy is ready, garnish it with coriender leaves and serve it hot wid rice or parartha

    aslkm ,,,hi i tried ur recipe....i expected more bcoz of the name.....but the taste was average..i would rate this recipe 4 out of 10........it makes lil better if u add 1 chickn cube....still thanx....work hard....
