Arbee lajwab with eggs

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1/2 kg Fresh arbee (kochai/taro root)
    • 4 Eggs
    • 2 onians
    • 3 middium tomato
    • 1 tsp Gralic paste
    • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
    • 1/2red chill powder
    • a pinch of hing
    • 2 tsp lemone juice
    • 1 tsp corriander leves
    • salt to taste
    • oil

    Directions

    1. Boil the arbee and eggs and clean them properly.
    2. heat the oil in a pan deep fry the arbee (don't cut the arbee,take full length of it) in medium flame.
    3. cut the arbee in two part only, better in longitudanal and cut the eggs in 4 pieces
    4. cut onion and tomato into slices.
    5. heat the pan with 4 tsp oil.
    6. Add cumin seeds, when they crackles,add a pinch of hing,sliced onian fry it till golden colors.
    7. add all the spices red chilli, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, salt,ginger and garlic paste, tomato fry till tomato become soft.
    8. add arbee and egg mix properly with spices, cook for 5 minutes.
    9. add lemon juice and coriander leves.
    10. serve hot with chapatis.
