Tandoori Aloo

Nice tandoori Aloo is ready.With out oven tandoori Aloo is ready.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 250 gm baby potatoes boiled
    • 1 cup hung curd
    • 2 tbsp gram flour roasted
    • 2 tbsp gingr garlic paste
    • 1 tsp turmeric  powder
    • salt as to taste
    • 2 tsp tandoori masala powder
    • 2 tsp kasoori methi
    • 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
    • butter+oil for frying


    1. First take a boiled potatoes remove skins. Prick with a fork or put some deep slit marks with a knife on all the potatoes.keep a side.
    2. then take a bowl add all ingredients except oil and potatoes.
    3. Then add potatoes mix well.Done proper coating.
    4. Leave the potatoes for around 1hr.
    5. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add the potatoes with the masala. Close the lid and let it cook on a low flame for around 15mins.
    6. then add 1 tsp lemone juice.
    7. Garnish with toothpick,
