Mix Vegetable with Beans

Healtho to eat and good to taste.
Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
2 cups potatoes, peas, carrots, red beans (laal lobiya)
3 onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chillie flakes
1 tsp black pepper flakes
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
a pinch of origano(ajwain)
4 tomatoes
1 lemon
4-5 green chillies
green coriander
oil as req
salt as req
Directions
Boil all vegetables and beans.
cut the potatoes and carrots in cubes.
heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic and ginger paste.
put the dry spices, tomatoes and fry well now include vegetables and beans now cook for 3 minutes.
sprinkle the oregano, squeeze the lemon put the green chillies and coriander leaves.
now serve the paratha, puri, naan and pickle.
