Mix Vegetable with Beans

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cups potatoes, peas, carrots, red beans (laal lobiya)
    • 3 onions
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp red chillie flakes
    • 1 tsp black pepper flakes
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • a pinch of origano(ajwain)
    • 4 tomatoes
    • 1 lemon
    • 4-5 green chillies
    • green coriander
    • oil as req
    • salt as req

    Directions

    1. Boil all vegetables and beans.
    2. cut the potatoes and carrots in cubes.
    3. heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic and ginger paste.
    4. put the dry spices, tomatoes and fry well now include vegetables and beans now cook for 3 minutes.
    5. sprinkle the oregano, squeeze the lemon put the green chillies and coriander leaves.
    6. now serve the paratha, puri, naan and pickle.
