4 cups coconut powder
4 green cardamoms(grind the seeds of it)
15 almonds (soak in warm water and remove the skin)
1/2 cup cream
suger as per taste
ghee as per need
Heat the oil and add the cloves when it popup then add coconut powder and cook it in low flame.
when it turns in golden color then add cream and suger.
when suger dissolves and ghee leaves the sides then add eggs little by little and stir the spoon continiously.
when halwa has been turned into set position then out the almonds and grind walnuts and cook.
now add the grind seeds of cardamoms and sish out the halwa.
decorate with silver paper and set into tray and freez it.
