Treasure holes

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1 sliced onion
    • 1/2 cup capsicum
    • 2 tsp cornflour
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 cup mushroom
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
    • 1 tbsp green chilli(chopped)
    • 6-8 bread slices

    Directions

    1. Fry onion slices and capsicum julienne till onion slices are slightly transparent. add cornflour.add milk and mushroom.cook till it boils and thickens.mix with salt chilli and coriander leaves.
    2. cut out bread circles from 4 bread slices. keep these over another bread slice to give an 8 edge figure. spoon the filling into the hole.
    3. bake for few minutes.serve hot with tomato ketchup.
