Corn Chatpata

Its good to have with Tea or with cold drink

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup Corns cooked
    • 1/2 lemon
    • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 tbsp butter/oil
    • 4 curry leaves 
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2 medium green chillies finely chopped
    • salt to taste



    1. Heat oil/butter  in a pan .
    2. Add mustard seeds and once they start crackling add cumin seeds
    3. Now add curry leaves and turmeric powder.
    4. Then add lemon juice and corns.
    5. Saute it properly till u feel that its done.
    6. Garnish it with Cheese or grated coconut
    7. Tip : Lemon can be replaced by chat or jaljeera powder



    this corn tastes amazing.. especially if u add a couple of spoons of cheese spread to it. nice recipe.
