u can have it with tea time and enjoy gulgulay.

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1 cup white flour(maida)
    • 1/s cup suji
    • 3 eggs
    • 4 tbsp suger
    • 1/2 tsp backing powder
    • almonds
    • green cardamoms
    • ghee as req


    1. take a bowl and mix flour,suji,backing powder and suger very well.
    2. then add cardamoms seeds and almonds then add eggs.
    3. now beat this mixture very nicely.
    4. if batter is thick then pour 2tbsp water and mix it.
    5. leave it aside for 30 minutes.
    6. heat a ghee in a kadhai and fry gulgulay in it.
    7. when it turns in a golden colour then dish out.
