this recipe is basically for those persons who are sensetive about their health, besides it it is very good for patients coz it is based on complete and balanced nutrition diet.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 6 servings
1/2 kg chicken minced.
1 egg
4 onions very fine chopped
2 tbsp orange juice
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vineger
2 1/2 tsp suger
1/2 tsp black pepper flakes
2 pinches salt
oil as req
Directions
Take a bowl and add minced, egg, onion, 2 tbsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp sugar 1 pinch salt and little bit black pepper mix it well.(keep remaining ingredients for sauce).
Make 12 flat kababs.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan and fry kababs with both sides,color should be brown.
for sauce, take orange juice,2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tbsp vinegar and 1 pinch salt and cook it.
When it turns into thick gravy add the fry kababs in this sauce so that kababs has got shinning.
Dish out the kababs in the sauce and serve with remaining sauce.
