A recipe again for diabetic persons.
Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
120 gram cheakpease
1 tbsp oil
4 cup water
1 cup chopped onion
2 tsp cjopped garlic
2 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 cup fine chopped tomatoes
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chillie powder
1 tsp garam masala
120 gram/2 low fat paneer
2 tbsp green coriander
salt 1/4 tsp
Directions
Soak chick peas for a night, drain and wash. (don't waist the water of chick peas)
Heat oil in a pot with medium flame add onions and fry it untill it turns into golden color.
Now add fenugreek seeds, ginger and garlic and all dry spices and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, chick peas and that water in which chick peas soaked.
When it boils then low the flame and lid it with a cover.
Cook it untill cheakpease soft and cook.
if needed then add more water.
When it is soft then include paneer and garam masala and cook it for 5 minutes.
Garnish it with coriander and kasoori methi.
