Couliflower Dumpling in Hot & Sour Sauce

1/2 kg cauliflower
1/2 cup plain flour(maida)
1/4 cup cornflour
1 tsp backing powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Chinese salt/ajinomoto
2 bell peppers(cut in cube shape)
3 tbsp red hot sauce/chillie sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
salt and black pepper to taste
oil for frying as desertion
Make a batter of the ingredients for vegetable and mix it very well.
Now dip the cauliflower in this mixture and deep fry it.
Heat a oil in a pan for making sauce and add bell peppers and onion and fry it for 1-2 minutes.
Now add cauliflower and remaining ingredients for sauce,cook it for awhile.
Now serve it with fry rice or egg speghetties.
