Spicy Pomfret

A very usefull recioe for sea food lovers.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1/2 kg pomfret fish
    • 1/4 tsp ginger paste
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1tsp red chillie powder
    • 1/4 tsp carom powder
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    • 3-4 green chillies
    • 4 tbsp tamarind pulp
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • salt to taste


    1. Grind green chillies and tamarind pulp and make a paste of it.
    2. now add all spices and above paste and marinate fish for 2 hours and dip fry it.
    3. serve with sprinkle chaat masala.
