(paanch phoron - equal quantities of cummin, fennel , onion, fenugreek and mustard seeds)
Steam the sprouts till soft and keep aside.
Heat olive oil. Add paanch phoron. When they stop spluttering add the chopped garlic and stir. Then add the paneer cubes and fry till light brown. Next add the sprouts, followed by salt and pepper to taste. Stir fry for 2 min.
Serve garnished with lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
