1 tbsp Mixed Masala Powder (Cinnamon,Cardamom,Cloves)
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 cup Fried Onion
Directions
Roast Paneer slices with little oil in a pan on both the sides until light brown. Remove & keep aside. Once cooled, lightly crumble them.
Add Oil to a pan. Add Onion & fry till soft.
Add Ginger-Garlic paste, Green Chillies & Tomato. Mix well.
Add Mixed Masala powder, Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder, Red chilli powder, Mint leaves & Salt. Mix well for a minute. Add crumbled Paneer pieces & mix well.
In a serving bowl, put a layer of Rice. On that spread a layer of Paneer-Masala mixture & little Fried Onion. Again put a layer of Rice.
Make 3-4 layers. Garnish with Mint leaves & serve hot with Curd or Raitha.
