Chop off the roots of the spring onions & chop finely the leaves n the onion. This recipe is simple but wonderful taste. u know always simple is great.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
1/2 kg spring onions
3 potatoes cut into medium size thin cube
1 tomato chopped
1/2 tsp mustured seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3 green chillies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp red chilli powder
11/2 tbsp coriander powder
a pinch of hing
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
5 tbsp oil
Directions
Take a kadai add oil, mustured seeds, hing , ginger garlic paste saute them.
Add spring onion cut in to small pieces, potatoes and add green chili julian mix well.
Add salt and turmeric powder, close the lid. put the slow flame for 5-6 minutes.
Add tomato mix properlly done medium flame.
when vegetables are cooked add red chilli, coriander and garam masala powder.
