Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup semolina(suji)
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup ghee
    • 1 1/4 cup milk
    • 3-5 dates(soaked for 5-7 mnts and chopped)
    • 1 banana (chopped into rounds)
    • 5-7 raisins
    • 5-7 cashews(fried lightly in ghee and chopped)
    • 3-4 Cardamom (powdered)


    1. Roast suji with ghee until light brown in color on a slow flame.
    2. Add sugar and milk and stir.
    3. Add dates, banana, raisins and cashews.
    4. Mix in cardamom powder and serve this delicious sweet.
