Stuffed Promfet

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 Large size Pomfret
    • 6-7 Green Chilies.
    • 1 ½ inch Ginger.
    • 18-20 Garlic.
    • 1 Cup Grated Coconut.
    • ½ Cup Coriander.
    • ½ tsp Lemon Juice.
    • Red Chilli Powder.
    • Turmeric Powder.
    • salt to taste.
    • Bread Crumb.
    • Oil to fry.

    Directions

    1. Clean the Pomfret and Marinate it with Red chille powder, Turmeric powder and salt for 1-2 hrs.
    2. Grind Grated Coconut, Ginger,Garlic,Green chilles, Coriander, lemon juice,salt to taste and little water. Don't use more water.
    3. Take Marinated Pomfret and put the Coconut mixture in it well.
    4. Heat Oil in a pan.
    5. Coat Bread Crumb to Pomfret and Shallow fry it.
