Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 2 medium size carrots
    • 2 medium size turnips
    • 1 bell pepper
    • 125 gm cabbage
    • 250 gm boil peas
    • 125 gm spring onion
    • green chillies to taste (chopped)
    • 1500 gm potatoes (boiled)
    • salt and red chilli flakes to taste
    • corn flour
    • oil as req (for frying)
    • roasted cumin seeds 1 tbsp

    Directions

    1. Mash the potatoes and put salt, roasted cumin powder, green chillies, chilli flakes, cornflour and mix this mixture very well.
    2. Now cut vegetables and fry it in oil with boiled peas.(veg don't cut in very much thin pieces and cook but veg shouldn't be very much tender).
    3. After frying let it cool and lay this veg on the pepper so that veg can be dry.
    4. Now make a kabab of potatoes and fill the veg in the centre of potato kabab and close it with a little bit more potato mixture.
    5. Shallow fry these cutlets in the oil and serve it with ketchup or any sort of chutney.
