Soak almonds and pistachios in hot water for an hour,after that remove the skin and grind it with lil bit milk and make a fine paste.
Pill the carrot and grind it very nicely.
Heat a ghee in a pan and fry the cardamoms.
Boil milk in a non stick pan for 15-20 minutes.
Now add the paste of almonds and pistachios after few minutes add carrots and cashews and stirring all the time till milk almost turns into thick form.
Add sugar and cook it for 10 minutes.(during 10 minutes stirring it).
