Liver Karahi

usually we eat chicken or mutton karahi but try this one it is really good.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2 kg mutton liver
    • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 250 gm tomatoes
    • 8 green chillies (chopped)
    • few leaves of green coriander
    • 125 gm thick chopped onion
    • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder


    1. Wash liver properly.
    2. Heat a oil in a pan and slightly fry the onion.
    3. Now add liver and cook it.
    4. Add ginger garlic paste and stire it for 2 to 3 minutes.
    5. Put tomatoes and cook it untill tomatoes will be tender.
    6. Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and green chillies.
    7. Cook it for 10 minutes so that liver will be tender and soft.
    8. In last add garam masala powder and lid a cover for 5 minutes.
    9. Now sprinkle green coriander and serve with naan or kulcha.
