Its my own creation i m sure every boddy loves this recipe.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2 k.g sour yogurt
    • 1/4 cup of milk
    • 4-5 tbsp gramflour
    • 1 tbsp garlic paste
    • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
    • 2 medium size chopped onion
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp red chillie powder
    • 1 tbsp paste of green chillies
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    • 7-8 whole red chillies
    • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 8-10 curry leaves
    • salt to taste
    • oil as req
    • 3-4 garlic cloves(cut into round shape)
    • water as req (for chaach)
    • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds


    1. Make a chaach (lassi) of water,yogurt,milk and salt now beat it with the help of hand beater and keep aside in warm place for 24 hours.
    2. Now add gramflour and again beat it and keep this mixture on the fire.
    3. Add onion,ginger garlic paste,fenugreek seeds, when it boils then add turmeric powder and stire it very well.
    4. Now add red chilli,coriander and cumin powder and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
    5. Add green chillies paste and let it cook with low flame.
    6. For tadhka heat a oil and add whole red chillies fry it for 1 minute then add cumin and mustard seeds,garlic flakes and curry leaves when it crackle then add garam masala powder and cook it for few seconds now add this tadhka on the kadhi.
    7. Cover with a lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
    8. Serve with boil rice and mango pickle.
