Very tasty and can be served with rice,rotis and even toasted buttered bread. tastes awesome as a filling in sandwiches and katti rolls too!
Clean and cut mushroom into moderate pieces and dry them on a towel for 15 minutes
Heat oil and fry onions till dark brown and add mushrooms, dont add water as the mushroom shrinks and lets out water.
