Easy to make appetizer

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    1 kg Potatoes (boiled and mashed) 1 cup Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup chedder or mozarella Cheese 4 slices of Bread (ligtly moistened) 4 green chillies (chopped) 1 bunch of coriander leaves (chopped) Salt to taste Lemon juice to taste For the Batter: 1 cup Rice Flour or plain maida flour Salt to taste Enough water to make a paste

    Directions

    1. Add all the ingredients into mashed potatoes and mix well.
    2. Make desired shapes or make round balls
    3. Dip in the rice flour batter and deep fry till crisp.
    4. Serve with tumarind chutney or coconut chutney

    We can zeera powder and finely chopped onion in the mixture of alu and cabbage balls before frying.
