- 1 lb Puffed Rice
- 1 lb Onion
- 2 nos. Lemon, juice
- 1 cup Red Gram (split)
- 6 nos. Green Chilies
- 10 leaves Curry Leaf
- 6 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds (black)
- Salt to taste
Directions
Clean and soak the puffed rice in water for 3-4 minutes, strain.
Grind Chana dal to a coarse powder.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chillies and curry leaves.
Chop onions and fry them till golden brown.
Add the soaked puffed rice and powdered dal to the above.
Mix well.
Remove from heat and add lime juice.
Serve hot.
