Mint Raita

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • half bunch of mint leaves
    • 375gm yogurt
    • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
    • 4-5 green chillies
    • 3-4 cloves of garlic
    • 2 pinches of salt


    1. Grind all ingrediants in the grinder,turn out in a bowl and serve with biryanis and bbq.

    looks nice and simple, try adding little coriander leaves and two three tsp of milk. milk will give smooth texture. thanks
