In a chopper combine red chilli, garlic, lemon juice & soy sauce. Process all & make like a chutney( but not to fine.
Wash the fish & add the rest of the ingredients to it.
Marinade for 1/2 hour.
In a non stick pan set you marinade & cook over high heat for 15 min or until water evaporates.
Serve with Garlic bread & greens.
* In this one I did not use bell pepper. & to my viewers just remember when ever cooking this fish don't stir the fish once you put them on fire or it tends to break apart.
