Oriental fish

Very quick & very easy

Once u've tried it u'll make it over & over.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 fish fillet cut into 1 inch strips.
    • 1/2 cup sweet corn
    • 1/2 cup Mushroom
    • 1 bell pepper cut into thin strips 
    • 2 fresh red chilli
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 1/2 lemons juice
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp salt or adjust to your taste
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 4 tbsp olive oil


    1. In a chopper combine red chilli, garlic, lemon juice & soy sauce. Process all & make like a chutney( but not to fine.
    2. Wash the fish & add the rest of the ingredients  to it.
    3.  Marinade for 1/2 hour.
    4. In a non stick pan set you marinade & cook over high heat for 15 min or until water evaporates.
    5. Serve with Garlic bread & greens.

    * In this one I did not use bell pepper. & to my viewers just remember when ever cooking this fish don't stir the fish once you put them on fire or it tends to break apart.
