it is said " Kalonji (Black seed) (Haba Sawda) has a cure for everything except for death". It is eaten in small amount approx 1 tsp a day & stays for 2 week in the fridge.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
1/4 cup Kalonji.
2 chopped Onions
12- 15 cloves of chopped garlic.
2 green chilli or 3 whole red chilli (which ever u prefer)
1 tsp salt or as u desire
4 tbsp Sarsu ka tail( mustard oil)
Directions
In a tava roast Kalonji until just crisp(5 min approx).
In the same tava add 1 tbsp sarsu tail & fry the Onion, garlic & chilli till light brown.
Remove from heat & allow both to cool.
In a grinder, grind all to a fine powder.
Bring out on a small bowl & mix with desired salt & oil.
