Cauliflower Manchurian

I love this meal and i hope every one like it.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 250 gm cauliflower
    • 6 chopped green chillies
    • 3 tbsp soya sauce
    • 2 eggs
    • 6 tbsp cornflour
    • 2 cups chicken stock
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
    • ajinomoto to taste
    • salt to taste
    • black pepper powder to taste
    • oil for frying


    1. Separate flowers from the cauliflower and wash them. Put 1 tsp salt and vinegar in water and bring it to a boil.
    2. Put cauliflower pieces in a big bowl and pour boiling water over it. Set it aside for a while and then drain out the water.
    3. Put tbsp cornflour, salt, ajinomoto and black pepper in eggs and whisk well. Add cauliflower and mix well.
    4. Heat oil in a frying pan and one by one add cauliflower pieces. Fry till they turn golden.
    5. Put garlic,green chillies, soya sauce, chicken stock, salt and ajinomoto in a pot and cook for a while.Dissolves 4 tbsp cornflour in a little stock and add it to the pot to make the mixture thick.
    6. As soon as the mixture gets thick, add cauliflower pieces and turn off the heat.
    7. Delicious cauliflower manchurian is ready to be served with fried rice or noodles.
