These sea food Kebabs r a must in my in laws parties. they are quick to prepare with a rich fragrance to it. & many people easily get fooled thinking it's chicken or meat kebabs.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 6 servings
2 boiled potatoes.
1 can drained tuna
1/4 cup chopped dhaniya.
4 finely chopped green chilli + 1 clove crushed garlic
1 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp cinnamon & cardamom powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tbsp anar dana
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 eggs beaten
Oil for frying
1 piece of lit coal
Directions
In a bowl combine the potatoes, Tuna, & all the ingredients together.
Mix & mash all with hands until well combined.
In the centre of the bowl put the lit coal in a foil & drizzle with a tbsp of oil as soon as the fume starts to fume up cover with a tight lid & leave to infuse for 20 min.
Remove the coal & take ball size portions & roll out to a circle.
Flatten each ball like you would do with Shami Kebabs.
Heat oil & coat each kebab with beaten eggs then fry until both sides are golden.
Serve with Pulao, naans, make sandwiches or eat with chutney .
