Tuna kebabas

These sea food Kebabs r a must in my in laws parties. they are quick to prepare with a rich fragrance to it. & many people easily get fooled thinking it's chicken or meat kebabs.

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    • 2 boiled potatoes.
    • 1 can drained tuna
    • 1/4 cup chopped dhaniya.
    • 4 finely chopped green chilli + 1 clove crushed garlic
    • 1 finely chopped onion
    • 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tsp cinnamon & cardamom powder
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tbsp chaat masala
    • 1 tbsp anar dana
    • 2 tbsp lemon  juice
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • Oil for frying
    • 1 piece of lit coal


    1. In a bowl combine the potatoes, Tuna, & all the ingredients together.
    2. Mix  & mash all with hands until well combined.
    3. In the centre of the bowl put the lit coal in a foil & drizzle with a tbsp of oil as soon as the fume starts to fume up cover with a tight lid & leave to infuse for 20 min.
    4. Remove the coal & take ball size portions & roll out to a circle.
    5. Flatten each ball like you would do with Shami Kebabs.
    6. Heat oil & coat each kebab with beaten eggs then fry until both sides are golden.
    7. Serve with Pulao, naans, make sandwiches or eat with chutney .

    Plz add salt as u desire I usually put 1 1/2 tsp.
