Simple Breakfast

Fast and easy.This is for breas lovers instead of toast you can try this.

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 pound bread
    • 1 normal size coconut
    • 1 cup fried gram (5o grams)
    • 2 teaspoon dania
    • 1 spoon sanuf
    • Red chilly (according to taste)
    • Salt to taste
    • Ghee

    Directions

    1. Grind coconut,fried gram,dania,snauf and,red chillies and salt with little mixie.
    2. Make fine paste in mixie.
    3. Spread the paste over the bread slice both the sides.
    4. Put it in dosa tawa and apply ghee on both the sides.
    5. Cook the bread in ghee only. If you use oil you will not get the richness and taste.
    6.  Apply paste to bread only when you are ready to cook, do not apply the paste before cooking.
    7. With out ghee taste is not good.
