Time saving snack easy to make and tasty.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • Bread - A few slices
    • 2 tbsp Grated coconut
    • 1 tbsp Chopped green chilies
    • 1/4 tsp Chopped ginger
    • 1 cup Thick yoghurt
    • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
    • 5-6 Curry leaves
    • Oil - For frying
    • Salt - According to taste

    Directions

    1. Removing the edges of the bread slices. Cut each into 4 squares.
    2. Mix together yogurt, coconut, chillies, ginger and salt. Apply this mixture on each square.
    3. Join two squares in the form of tiny sandwich. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
    4. After mustard grains have popped, add curry leaves and place sandwiches.
    5. Fry both sides well, serve hot.

    Wow.! Mariya.. this is realy kool.. but one thing.. should we DEEP fry these bread or just toast them ??? like greasing the pan and adding the bread pieces ? becoz DHOKLA is usually a steamed food na ?
