Bread pepper chicken

looking good and very yummy.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 5 Boneless Chicken Breasts
    • 4 tbsp Black Soy Sauce
    • 2 tbsp Ajinomoto (Monosodium Glutamate)
    • 1- 1 1/2 tbsp Salt
    • 4 tbsp Coarsely Ground Pepper
    • Dash of Chilli Sauce
    • Bread crumbs
    • Oil for frying.


    1. Cut chicken on thin pieces of any shape you choose.
    2. Marinate overnight with soy sauce, salt, Ajinomoto, Chilli Pepper and sauce.
    3. Roll in Breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.
    4. Serve with sauce or raw salad.

    How about using sooji for the coating instead of breadcrumbs, it would take up less oil.


    I am sorry, but it seems like this is store bought stuff. Nice try.
