sauteed mushrooms

u can have it like snacks also.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 250 gm button mushrooms
    • 4 tbsp butter
    • 2 tbsp black pepper powder
    • salt to taste


    1. wash the mushrooms and prick with the tip of a knife and leave the mushrooms whole.
    2. heat butter in a pan.
    3. add mushrooms and cook over a medium flame till the mushrooms begin to change colour.
    4. add salt and pepper.
    5. cook till tender and the liquid given out of mushrooms has been evaporated.
    6. serve hot

    Try adding some chopped garlic, this brings out the flavour of the mushrooms.


    nothing new.. most common mushroom snack.. but nonetheless its tasty.
