Tasty Lamb Recipe

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • 1 Onion, Chopped
    • 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
    • 2 Green Chillies, Deseeded & Sliced
    • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
    • 2 tsp Garam Masala
    • 500 g Lamb, Cut Into Cubes
    • 1 tbsp Vinegar
    • 2 Tomatoes, Skinned, Deseeded & Chopped
    • 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes, To Garnish
    • Salt To Taste



    1. Heat oil in a wok or a frying pan. Add the onion , garlic, chillies and chill powder, sti-fry for 2mins.
    2. Add garam masala, cubed lamb, vinegar, salt and chopped tomatoes. Stir the mixture well.
    3. Cover it with a lid and cook over moderate heat for 30-40mins until the lamb is tender. Add water if it sticks to the base of the wok.
    4. Transfer to a serving dish, scatter with coconut flakes and serve it.
