Soak a lentil for 1 hour. Grind it well now add in it semolina,salt,paneer,cumin powder,chopped garlic,green coriander,green chillies and black pepper and mix it very well.
Now make a cutlets of this mixture.
Dip each cutlet in beaten egg and then roll them in bread crumbs.
Now shallow fry them and serve with ur desired chutny.
