Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 kg mince
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • salt to taste
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
    • 1 cup yogurt
    • 2 onions
    • few drops of screw pine (kewra)
    • 1 cup coconut powder
    • 4 tbsp white sesame seeds
    • 1/2 cup gram flour
    • 1 tsp whole spices
    • 2 tbsp whole coriander
    • 1 tbsp funnel seeds
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 4 chopped tomatoes
    • 6-7 green chillies
    • half bunch of green coriander

    Directions

    1. Heat a fry pan and roast funnel seeds and coriander seeds now grind it and keep aside.
    2. Turn out them and add 2 tbsp oil and fry gram flour when it smells then turn out it and keep aside.
    3. Heat a oil in a pan and put onions when it turn into golden brown then turn out in and mash them with the help of hands and keep aside.
    4. Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, gram masala powder and mince and cook it very well.
    5. Add tomatoes when it is tender then add yogurt and stir it very well.
    6. Now add fried onion and cook it until oil separates then cover it with a lid for 5 minutes.
    7. Now add green chillies and again give a dum for 5 minutes.
    8. SPrinkle green coriander and serve it with naan and salad.

    hello. when do we add gramflour,coconut powder,and kewra? nothing mentioned about it.

    coconut powder will be roast as well.

    gram flour and roasted and grind funnel seeds and roasted and mashed coriander seeds(with the help of hands).

    Dear meghna sorry for this mistake actually we dont use tomatoes in this recipe this is my frd's recipe after reading ur comments i called her and asked her about this recipe once again, any ways do as same till step number 3 but in step 4 add whole spices,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and yogurt(dont add garam masala powder)and stirr it very well now add mince and 2 cups of water when mince is tenderd then add crushed fried onion, NOW ADD ROASTED INGREDIANTS and garam masala powder and stir it for few minutes in last add screw pine and sprinkle fine chopped green coriander,green chillies,ginger strips and few leaves of mints. tc and thx for telling me about these mistakes.

    I was reading your recipe and thinking of making it tonight, but I realized that you did not write anything about what are we suppose to do with the roasted gram flour, kept aside in sentence#2? Can your please clear my confusion?
