chop baby corn to small pieces.also dice the carrots and keep aside.
heat oil and fry the ginger garlic paste.then add grated onions and fry till they turn brown
add red chilli powder,turmeric and the baby corn first and keep frying for two minutes.now add the rest of the vegetables along with chopped methi leaves and stir fry well till oil seperates.add salt to taste
now add the milk to this and cook covered till the vegetables are well cooked and all the milk is absorbed well.
add the garam masala powder and cumin powder and stir well.
