Yoghurt fluff treat

This is my bro in law fav dessert. He has asked me to post it so he can make it easily at home. Give it a try and u'll know why he asked for the recipe.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 small boxes of sweet blueberry yoghurt (180 g each)
    • 1 small box sweet strawberry yoghurt 
    • 2 c whipping cream
    • 1 c sour cream (180 g box).
    • 1/4 c cream cheese
    • 1/4 c sugar
    * all ingredient except sugar should be cold.

    Directions

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whip with an electric beater until nice, smooth and thick( 5-10 min)
    2. Take dessert glasses/bowls and fill each with yoghurt treat.
    3. Decorate and chill for 1 hour.
    4. Dessert is ready serve the yummy  chilled treat to individuals.
