can be used for making soup, stew and in some sauce. Never add any other garam masala except bay leaf.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 4 cups water
    • 1/2 carrot sliced
    • 1 onion sliced
    • 1/2 salgam or 1/2 radish sliced
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 6 cloves of garlic
    • 10 whole black pepper


    • Mix all the ingredients and bring it to boil.
    • Simmer for 20 min.
    • Strain and use.
