I am sure most of u have had tis as kids but under a diff name and since summer is comming closer tis is always treat 4 everyone.

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    •  1 1/2 cup water
    •  1 cup sugar
    •  3 tsp lemon juice
    •  2 cup your choice fruit puree
    •  1/4 c milk
    •  food colouring based on the the fruit colour

    Directions

    1. In A pot dissolve the sugar in water over medium heat, add  2 tsp lemon juice and allow 2 boil for (approx 10  min)
    2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
    3. Combine the pureed fruit (I used strawberry) with cooled syrup, 1 tsp lemon juice, and milk,and food colour (I  used red) stir well to combine.
    4. Pour in a glass dish and freeze till set.(making sure in every 1/2 hour u scrape it wit a spoon to give it a flaky icy texture).
    5. Just before serving scoop it out in glasses , decorate with some mint and serve.
