Pisa Kebaba

This is another version of Shami Kebab the only diff is it is wit out chillies and 2 many spices 4 those who enjoy kebabs with out the hot sensation and has a stuffing in it.small Children wil luv it as they r not used to many spices.

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1/2 kg boneless meat (cut into small cubes)
    • 3 tbsp Chanai ke daal.
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
    • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and cardamom powder
    • 2 tbsp curd
    • salt to adjust your taste.
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper.
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 eggs
    Stuffing:
    • 1/2 cup paneer crumbled
    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander.
    • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves.
    • 2 tbsp finely chopped bell pepper or (if u like spices then 3 green chillies chopped) 
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped Onion
    • 1/4 tsp salt.
    • 1/4 cup oil.

    Directions

    1. Combine Meat, daal,ginger/garlic paste, cinnamon, salt, pepper,curd and water in a pot and bring to the boil.
    2. Once it boils lower the heat and cook over low flame until all nice, tender and dry(just like Shami Kebaba).
    3. Remove 4m heat and cool completely.
    4. In a food processor ,process all until u get a fine texture like a dough, mix in one egg and see that the mix is not to soggy then add the 2nd egg.
    5. In another bowl combine all the stuffing and mix then set aside. 
    6. Make balls out off the kebab mix and stuff each one with approx 1/2 tsp stuffing.
    7. Pat down to make circles patties and set aside on a dish.
    8. Heat minimal oil and fry the kebab till golden on both sides (turn only wen one side is golden).
    9. Remove 4m heat and serve with Biryani, in sandwiches or with salads.
