Vegetarians can always be clever and change allot of dishes to suit their taste and never feel bad about having chicken or meat and this is one of those yummy dishes.
Ingredients
vegetarian 6 servings
2 cup cauliflower florets.
4 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp flour
2 tsp Chilli powder
2 tsp Ginger/ garlic paste
Salt to taste
12 -1 5 slit green chilli
few curry leaves
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup yoghurt
2 tbsp chilli sauce
a little Food coloring
Oil for deep frying
3 tsp lime juice
Directions
In a pot boil the florets with some salt till half tender and firm, strain and allow to cool.
In a bowl mix the florets with corn flour, flour, ginger/garlic paste, chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt and few drops of water.
Coat the florets and marinade for an hour.
Deep fry the florets till golden and remove to an absorbent kitchen towel.
Take 3-4 tbsp oil from the fried oil and heat it up in karhai.
Add curry leaves, green chilli, and fry for a min, add garam masala, few drops of red colour, yoghurt salt, and chilli sauce,toss fry for a min and add the florets then toss fry for another 3-4 min .
Add lime juice and toss, remove from heat and serve.
