Chinese Bhel

A fusion of Chinese and Indian, tasty and quick snack!

I first tasted it in my Med. School as a student and since them am a big fan!

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 Packet Noodles (Maggi or top ramen or Chings')
    • 1 Onion -Medium Sized ( finely chopped)
    • 1 Tomato - Medium sized( finely chopped)
    • 1-2 Spring Onions( chopped)
    • 1 Boiled Potato
    • Cilantro (Hara Dhania) - Few sprigs
    • 1 Green chilli
    • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
    • 1 tsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
    • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
    • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
    • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
    • Salt - Acc to taste
    • 2-3 tbsp Oil


    1. Shallow fry the noodles in oil after breaking them into small pieces.
    2. Put on paper towel/ tissue to drain excess oil.
    3. Now in a bowl mix all other ingredients except green onions.
    4. Last of all add the fried noodles to the mixture.
    5. Decorate with green onions and some cilantro.
    6. Enjoy and most of all let me know how it was!!



    Hey komal, u dont need to boil the noodles before frying


    hiiiiiiiiii before frying noodles it is necessary to boil noodles reply fast :)
