Frozen Biscuits

Cool snack for a hot evening
Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
500 ml full fat milk or left over milk
30-35 mix biscuits like chocolate chip,Nice,bournborn etc.
4 tbsp. sugar
2-3 drops vanilla essence
2 tbsp. chopped cashew
1 tbsp dessicated coconut
Directions
Heat milk in a thick bottom pan.Boil for 10 min,add sugar.
After 1 min remove from fire.
Fill cold water in a big bowl and keep the milk vessel in it so that it cools faster.
Add vanilla and pour it in a metal box(used for ice cream)
Break the biscuits in 2-3 pcs and drop in the milk till most of the milk is absorbed.
Sprinkle cashew and dessicated coconut on top.
Keep it in freezer for 4-5 hrs
Cut and serve.
It can be eaten as it is or serve with ice cream.
