Frozen Biscuits

very simple and sweet

Cool snack for a hot evening

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 500 ml full fat milk or left over milk
    • 30-35 mix biscuits like chocolate chip,Nice,bournborn etc.
    • 4 tbsp. sugar 
    • 2-3 drops vanilla essence
    • 2 tbsp. chopped cashew
    • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut

    Directions

    1. Heat milk in a thick bottom pan.Boil for 10 min,add sugar.
    2. After 1 min remove from fire.
    3. Fill cold water in a big bowl and keep the milk vessel in it so that it cools faster.
    4. Add vanilla and pour it in a metal box(used for ice cream)
    5. Break the biscuits in 2-3 pcs and drop in the milk till most of the milk is absorbed.
    6. Sprinkle cashew and dessicated coconut on top.
    7. Keep it in freezer for 4-5 hrs
    8. Cut and serve.
    9. It can be eaten as it is or serve with ice cream.
