This is a Polish dessert served at festivals in poland, which is more or less another kind of Cheese cake.

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 2 inch round vanilla cake.
    Filling:
    • 3 cup curd + 1 cup powder milk or 4 cup cream cheese
    • 4 egg yolks + 1/2 cup water + 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 2 tbsp wheat flour + 2 tbsp custard powder sieved together.
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 4 egg whites (beaten till still peaks form).
    Top layer:
    • 1/2 stick butter
    • 1 tbsp coco
    • 4 tsbp sugar
    • 4 tbsp water

    Directions

    1. Beat egg & sugar & cook over low heat in a hot water bath till done.  
    2. Remove from heat & press through a sieve and mix with raw yolks, butter & oil
    3. Combine this with curd and  beat then mix in custard & flour & vanilla & mix well.
    4. Now combine all with beaten egg whites and set aside.
    5. In a removable round cake pan , set the cake layer first then pour over it the filling & bake in 60 min in 200 deg (until the top is lightly brown).
    6. Remove from heat & allow to cool.
    7. Mean time prepare the top layer by combining all together in a pot & cooking over medium heat till lightly thick.
    8. Bring out the cooled cake & pour over the chocolate topping & allow to cook then cut into desired shapes & serve
