This tasty Curry-style Pasta can easily be tried at home .Happy cooking!.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
200 gm pasta- boiled in 800ml water with 2 tsp olive oil and 2 tsp butter for 10 mins,drained and rinsed with chill water
1 big onion - chopped fine
1 big tomato-chopped fine
1 g.chilli-chopped fine
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 garlic cloves-chopped fine
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp chopped celery
2 tsp olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a non-stick kadai,saute chopped garlic,chopped onions,chopped green chilli, chopped tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste for 4-5 mins till done.
Add chilli powder,garam masala,salt and then the done pasta.Stir-cook this for 3 mins at least.
Add chilli sauce,tomato sauce,chopped celery and chopped parsley,stir-cook for 2-3 mins again on good flame and turn off the flame.
